Overlayr is provided under a proprietary license. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
• Use the Application to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the Application in multiplayer games where such tools are prohibited (cheating). Overlayr is not responsible for any bans or account suspensions resulting from improper use.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the Application.
